• All prices are starting prices for standard density. If your hair is longer or thicker there will be a price increase. • All services provided are final and non-refundable. • Once a service has been completed, no refunds, chargebacks, or disputes will be accepted. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same day cancellation or no shows will be charged 50% • All appointments must be confirmed prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments that are not confirmed in advance may be canceled and the time slot may be released to another client. •Basic maintenance tips may be provided during your appointment. Personalized hair care routines, product recommendations, and in-depth hair education are not included with standard services. Appointments are focused on providing the scheduled hair care and styling service. •Before Booking I am a science based master cosmetologist who prioritizes the health and integrity of your natural curl pattern. My services are centered around protecting your hair’s structure and working with your natural texture not compromising it for a style. If maintaining the integrity of your curls is not a priority for you, I may not be the right stylist for your hair care needs. • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
